Teacher Becomes A Superhero After Spotting Something Off About Girl And Man In A Car!

Sandra Ferguson, a teacher’s aide saved a girl from a lot of trouble after she decided to act on her instinct that said something was not right with a student and a man in a car. She was driving in her car, on the way to school, when she saw a girl and a man in a car and was immediately suspicious.

She recognized the girl as a student of Sutter Elementary, where she taught, and that little girl looked scared.

Both parties were still in their vehicles, but Ferguson’s instincts told her to act fast.

“I said, ‘Sweetheart, is that your dad?’” Ferguson told ABC.

But the girl replied, “No, he’s a friend.”

Ferguson knew immediately that was wrong.

“I said, ‘No, he’s not your friend!’” Ferguson recalled. Then she maneuvered her car in front of his and blocked his way forward. She said, “You get out of that truck right now!”

The man was unable to run, and Ferguson called the police, who arrived and arrested 51-year-old Santiago Salazar on suspicion of kidnapping on the spot on Oct. 17, 2015.

“It was kind of like a superwoman power thing. I can’t believe it did that!” Ferguson said after the fact.

Investigators said the little girl had been walking to school and pulled into the vehicle by the man.

The school principal told ABC that Ferguson was a “guardian angel,” who had thankfully prevented something terrible from happening.
