Artist Photoshops Classical Paintings Into Modern World

The work of this Ukrainian artist, Alexey Kondakov, will blow your mind. He had the most creative idea of getting characters from classical works of art and then putting them in modern settings, mostly in Kiev, the capital city of his home country.

How did he do it? Well with the power of Photoshop, of course!

Kondakov’s series, which he calls “The Daily Life of Gods”, gives us a glimpse of what it looks like when characters from iconic paintings live in the present day.

We see them doing ordinary tasks such as going to the beach, selling flowers, enjoying a train ride, and many more. People have been praising Kondakov’s mesmerizing work and he even got featured by websites such as Bored Panda for it.
