Microwave seems to be an absolute necessity in the fast-paced modern world. Microwaves have the ability to cook and reheat food or beverages in a simple, rapid way which consumes less time. Majority of the people use these kitchen appliances without knowing the negative effects of using it in daily life. Cooking in microwave is one of the easiest and most convenient way to fill your stomach.
Microwaves are not as healthy because they do not keep the nutrients in the food as other ways of cooking do. Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic radiation and are on the low energy end of the energy spectrum, second to radio waves.
