Millionaire Martial Arts Meets His Former Bully On A TV Show
A bully and his victim were reunited on ‘This Morning’ and what’s interesting is that the victim has went on to become a multi-millionaire arts expert who built his business up off the back of years of torment.
Matt Fiddes came face-to-face with his former bully who bullied him for two years during his school days. Surprisingly, the meeting went pretty smooth contrary to what many believed. In fact Matt praised Anthony, the bully, for being brave enough to turn up.
Appearing on the show to talk to Holly and Phil about how a ‘school bully made him a millionaire’, Matt said the bullying ‘started a fire in him’, and he developed an interest in martial arts as a way of coping with the torment.
He was even a bodyguard to Michael Jackson at one stage and then started a string of martial arts school across the globe.
He told the hosts that he’s developed a programme which has ‘saved a million children from bullying’.
HIs success meant that he could drive up to his former school and show his old careers advisor his brand new Ferrari, which he managed to splash out on aged just 21, to show off after she told him he would be foolish to try and make a career from martial artist.
“To be fair to her, she was proud of me,” he said.
Then, Holly and Phil welcomed his former bully Anthony to the sofa, with Matt commenting: “He’s a real man for doing this.”
Before Anthony gave a bit more detail about their shared past, he said: “Yeah, yeah, it was all five-year-old stuff, pushing him in the queue for the milk.
“I was overwhelmed about what Matt had said about me, to be honest.”
It’s then that Matt pipes up to say ‘this is awkward’. Yeah, pretty much.
We should appreciate Matt’s forgiving attitude and Anthony’s guts to accept his wrongdoing when he was a child.
